Just got the message from the skipper: “On route … Auto pilot working” “Boat speed good 6.25-6.59 knots” “All systems a go!” Got my return ticket to join the delivery party in Santa Barbara tomorrow morning. So… Made it to Santa Barbara successfully, however a slight change in plans for the delivery. Skipper decided last night to return back home after encountering some engine and autopilot issues along with 6-8 foot seas. Better safe than sorry, but leaves things a little up in the air.
